About

Sabrina Hall

Sabrina Hall is a design leader who transforms concepts into impactful product experiences while building the next generation of design talent. Her approach centers on the belief that great design comes from diverse perspectives, inclusive processes, and teams empowered to do their best work.

For her, the quality of the work starts with the quality of the team, a principle shaped over a decade of leading designers in complex, high-stakes product spaces like Etsy, Scholastic and Justworks. She brings craft, clarity, and a high bar to every room, guiding teams that have shaped everything from checkout flows touching millions of buyers, to HR tools small business owners rely on daily.

When she’s not empowering and amplifying her clients, she’s sharing what she’s learned along the way. She speaks on design, equity, and accessibility at institutions and events like Awwwards, Parsons, RIT, and the Australian Graphic Design Association. Her commitment to mentorship and education extends to teaching at the School of Visual Arts and City Tech (CUNY), co-chairing AIGA NY’s Mentorship Program, and currently serving as co-chair of the Center for Urban Pedagogy.

Outside of work, she’s somewhere in upstate New York – usually with potting soil on her hands, a bird in her line of sight, and a book nearby reminding her why rest is resistance.
